STORING KIWI



Select plump-looking fruit, either firm or ripe and
ready to eat. Firm fruit requires additional ripening time
at room temperature. Ripe, ready-to-eat fruit yields to
gentle pressure when squeezed in the palm of the hand. Keep
ripe kiwi fruit refrigerated.
