Big Brother has Arrived
July 26, 2000 -- U.K. became the first Western country to pass a law that legalizes government eavesdropping on the Internet. From October 5, 2000, any e-mail sent to or from Britain will be about as private as an open letter. Of course the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand have been (illegally) spying electronically on their citizens for years. If a company official is asked to surrender an encryption key to the British government, that individual is barred by law from telling anyone -- including their employer, be it senior management or security staff -- that they have done so. This could leave an international company completely unaware that, what it assumes is secure company data, may be under investigation by MI5. Those violating the "tipping-off" offense can face up to five years in prison.

They will know who said what to whom about what well before the information can be published. Indeed, by having that knowledge in advance they may well be able to take measures to prevent its publication.
Unlike telephone tapping, which can be specified, RIP allows the government to monitor all UK internet traffic -- sites downloaded, address books, emails, discussion groups and chat rooms -- without a warrant, which could be considered a contravention of the privacy requirements of the European convention on human rights. There are two-year sentences for forgetting passwords, and for failing to surrender or losing keys used to encrypt communications data. The burden of proof is reversed from the prosecution to the defense.
Only Russia, Singapore and Malaysia have similar laws. There is nothing comparable in the US. A recent Irish law makes it illegal for government to access commercial encryption keys. France has relaxed controls on domestic encryption, while Germany is opposed to restrictions on citizens' use of encryption.

Search Warrants for Online Data Soar
The number of search warrants seeking citizens' online data has soared during the past several years, a USATODAY.com study shows. The findings, based on an examination of search warrants served on the nation's largest Internet service provider, America Online, came as a surprise to federal lawmakers, and civil libertarians and are prompting calls for legal reforms.
The warrants, served by state and local investigators from across the nation, were aimed at discovering the identity and activities of AOL subscribers. In 1997, AOL was served with 33 search warrants, according to court logs in Loudoun County, Va., where AOL is based. That number jumped to 167 in 1998 and 301 in 1999 -- an increase of more than 800% since 1997.

Marseille, July 28, 2000 -- The European Union could admit up to 75 million immigrants over the next half-century and must be prepared to become racially hybrid society, according to a paper drawn up by France. Jean-Pierre Chevnement, the French interior minister, produced the document for a meeting of EU ministers in Marseille today. Citizens of the EU should be told, the paper says, that Europe will become an area of "cross-fertilization". . .
Mr. Chevnement, an often outspoken nationalist, created controversy recently when he accused Germany of not having overcome its Nazi past. "Public opinion must be told clearly that Europe, a land of immigration, will become a place where cross-fertilization occurs," Mr. Chevnement says the document also translates as "cross-breeding".

In 1912 Israel Cohen wrote a book on Communist tactics entitled A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century. Speaking before a special meeting of the Emergency Council of European Rabbis in Budapest on January 12, 1952, Rabbi Emanuel Rabinovich said concerning progress towards their NWO , ". . . We will openly reveal our identity with the races of Asia and Africa. I can state with assurance that the last generation of white children is now being born. Our Control Commissions will, in the interests of peace and wiping out inter-racial tensions, forbid the whites to mate with whites. The white women must cohabit with members of the dark races, the white men with black women. Thus the white race will disappear, for mixing the dark with the white means the end of the white man, and our most dangerous enemy will become only a memory . . ." This is one of dozens of similar quotes by prominent Jews like Theodore Herzl, Rabbi Reichorn, Dr. Oscar Levy, Bernard Lazare, Rabbi Stephen Wise and Maurice Samuel who were all inspired by the Talmud.
In a letter to Karl Marx published in La Revue de Paris, the Jew Baruch Levy wrote: "The Jewish people as a whole will be its own Messiah. It will obtain world dominion by the dissolution of other races, by the abolition of frontiers, the annihilation of monarchy and the establishment of a World Republic").

Pope to Consecrate Third Millennium to Mary
July 28,2000 -- According to the official program of the Jubilee year celebrations, a solemn act of Consecration of the Third Millennium to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is scheduled to take place on October 8. Pope John Paul II will preside the act. The image of the Virgin of Fatima will be specially taken to the Eternal City for this occasion.
(Christians are dedicating the third millennium and all the others to Jesus, and God is dedicating it to the Honeymoon of Jesus and His Bride. Actually we are well into the third millennium which Hosea prophesied would see the restoration of Israel to the grace of God (Hosea 6:1-3). Perhaps the Pope should consult his Bible).

The Third Millennium
We are well into the third millennium since Hosea, prophesying in 780BC, foretold it Israel's restoration to the grace of God (Hosea 6:1-3). "Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for He has torn, and He will heal us; He has smitten, and He will bind us up. After two days will He revive us: in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth."
I'd like you to follow me with your Bibles open at Daniel chapter 12. In the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week, Rome will transfer headquarters to Jerusalem. She will break her covenant with the Jews, cause the animal sacrifices to cease, and exalt the incarnate Pope in the new temple that has been erected on the holy mount.
Up until this time, Israel's two prophets will have been preaching with signs and wonders following and baptizing in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. As they are empowered by God to prophesy 1,260 days clothed in sackcloth, they're invincible. Sackcloth signifies mourning, and their commission is to call 144,000 elect Israelites to mourn the feast of Atonement wherein "all the house of Israel shall know assuredly, that God has made that same Jesus, whom they crucified, both Lord and Christ." This revelation will cause each elect to separate from all worldly ties and mourn their past sins and those of their forefathers. Jesus said, "If any man comes to Me, and hates not his father, mother, wife, and children, and brothers and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple" (Luke 14:26; Leviticus 23:26-32; Zechariah 12:9-14). This will be the revelation of Christ's "parousia" to Israel and the new birth of a nation in one day.
Now as you should be aware, Israel's feasts of Leviticus 23 were natural types whose real fulfillment was is a Spiritual anti-type. For instance, Passover typed Calvary where Jesus Christ became the sacrificial Lamb, substituting His innocent Life to pay sin's price in behalf of you, me, and whomsoever will in Adam's race. He was Adam's Kinsman Redeemer and potentially redeemed all of Adam's seed who lay down their natural life's desires to serve Him.
The feast of Unleavened Bread typed the pure Word of God manifest bodily in Jesus Christ who is the Bread from heaven -- loaded with vitamins "F" for Faith and "E" for Eternal Life, vitamin "G+" for Grace, "L" for Love, and "T" for Translation. The wave sheaf offering of the first fruits on the second day of this feast began the feast of Pentecost and also typed Christ, Who had been waved before the Father and approved in that His life was accepted as an atonement for the accumulated sins of the Old Testament saints. He was resurrected in glorified form on this day, becoming the first fruits of the Old Testament saints who resurrected in glorified bodies after Him.
The feast of Pentecost types the harvest of the first fruits of those who receive the atonement; the New Testament Church who are washed in Christ's blood and born of His Spirit. We live under the antitype of the Pentecostal feast today, called the Gentile dispensation. And "When the day of Pentecost is fully come" again, the Bride of all ages will be translated to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb in the Sky.
The feast of Trumpets types the ministry of Israel's two prophets anointed with the Offices of the Spirit that rested on Moses and Elijah. We find them in Daniel 12:5 and Matthew 17:1-8 where Moses types the resurrected saints; and Elijah, the end-time Bride who will be translated without death. In Zechariah 4:11-14 we find them typed as two "olive trees", or bearers of the Spirit. (Olive oil was used to fuel lamps and symbolizes the Spirit which gives Spiritual Light or revelation). Finally, in Matthew 24:31 and Revelation 11, these two witnesses are described as two angels or messengers who begin their prophetic ministry at the sound of the Seventh or Great Trump that announces the day of the Lord, closes the Gentile dispensation and gathers Israel's elect by the revelation of the feast of Trumpets.
Under the Law the feast of Trumpets called adult Israelites to the Day of Atonement prior to the feast of Tabernacles. The ministry of the two prophets will commence after the first resurrection and translation of the Gentile Bride. They will point an election of Israel to the Law whence they fell by revealing the mystery of the Seven Trumpets of Revelation, showing why Israel was chastised through the past 2,000 years. These Trumpet plagues fell mainly upon Israel under the first six Seals when she rejected the Gospel Trumpets of each Church Age. They are spiritual antitypes of the natural plagues that befell Egypt whence God was calling Israel the first time. Their revelation will distinguish the true Church from the false by revealing the Seven Vials, and when finally they recognize Jesus Christ as their Savior, they will see that the true Church is His Wife (Revelation 19:6-9).
We have already explained how Israel's day of Atonement types the new birth of the nation -- all 144,000 of them -- in one day. The feast of Tabernacles types the completion of the harvest of souls over the six days in which man has labored against sin. The seventh day Adam and Eve never did complete because of the fall (Genesis 2:17) becomes the thousand year honeymoon for Christ and His Bride on earth, and after that the general resurrection and judgment wherein the "saved" will be granted into eternal Life, and the LOST cast into the lake of Fire where their soul and all memory of them will eventually be annihilated, comes the eighth day, which is Eternity, and the renewed heavens and earth.
The Bible is illustrated throughout in shadows and types. So if we can understand the natural type, we should recognize its Spiritual antitype in due season.
We find Israel's two prophets in Revelation 11:4-7, "These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the Lord of all the earth. (As they stood before the glorified Jesus, Who is "Lord of all the earth", in the vision on mount Transfiguration). And if any man will hurt them, Fire proceeds out of their mouth, and devours their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed."
That's the "third pull" or spoken Word of God, like when Elijah cursed those impudent children and two she bears tore forty-two of them (II Kings 2:23-25).
"These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will."
At this time mercy is over, "He who is filthy will remain filthy". This is the great and dreadful day of the Lord and judgment. This is Holy Ghost Fire of God's manifested Word as when Elijah called upon God to shut the heavens and it rained not for three years, then called for rain and God answered (I Kings 17:1 - 18:45). And when Moses was delivering Israel from natural Egypt the first time, he threw his staff on the ground and it became a snake; when he poured water on the ground, it became blood, he called for frogs, he called for lice, he called for flies. What he said God did, for Moses was under pre-eminence to the Word (Exodus 7-12). This time he is calling Israel from the religious abominations of Jerusalem which Jesus calls "spiritual Sodom and Egypt" (Revelation 11:8). Ezekiel's revelation was pretty much the same (Ezekiel 23).
"And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them." But until they've fulfilled the Word of the Lord these men are untouchable. Not only that, but three and a half days after they've been martyred by Rome, when everyone is rejoicing over their death and exchanging victory gifts as is Roman custom, the Holy Spirit restores them to life in public view, and they are seen to be caught up to heaven in a Cloud. This Fire has quickening power! (Revelation 11:9-13).
Revelation 11:13-14, "The same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain seven thousand men: and the remnant were afraid, and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe comes quickly."
Three woes were announced after the Fourth Trumpet of Revelation 8:13. These followed the last three angels to the Church with their Messages of justification, sanctification and the baptism of the Holy Ghost (Revelation 14:6-12). They manifest after each of the last three Trumpets as they are placed in our Bibles. The word "woe" means distress or grief, and the whole world was distressed in the First World War which Jesus said would be "the beginning of sorrows", or birth pains for Millenniel renewal.
The First Woe manifested under the Fifth Trumpet (which commenced on the Day of Pentecost). This plague was sent because Luther's Message of justification by grace through faith was not received by the Roman church. Revelation 14:6-7, "And I saw another angel (Martin Luther) fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting Gospel to preach unto them who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, saying with a loud voice, fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters". Revelation 9:12, "One Woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter". The first Woe was the breakdown of political order manifested in Fascism after the First World War.
Fascism is any nationalist, totalitarian movement or government. The word derives from the Latin, "fasces" -- a bundle of elm rods bound together by a red strap around an ax. A symbol of religious jurisprudence distilled into a single infallible sovereign or Pontifex Maximus and borne before Roman magistrates. It signified the power of life over limb possessed by the Caesar. If the fasces is bound with laurel, like the pair on the wall behind the Speaker in the U.S. House of Representatives, it signifies Caesarean military power.
This symbol is incorporated in the Seal of the U.S. Senate, and it perfectly symbolizes the European Union in which the nations of Europe are subordinate to common laws decided and imposed by an unelected dictatorship in Brussels.

This ax is the origin of the term "Axis Powers" for the fascist countries in World War II. Mussolini adopted this emblem in 1919. Fascism's key features were absolute primacy of the State, its power and growth as the centre of life and history. It requires submission of the individual to the unified will of the people as expressed by the single party State, with strict regimentation of all aspects of national life and entire obedience to a usually charismatic leader, who embodies the State. This political movement governed Italy from 1922-1943; Germany from 1933-1945, Spain from 1939-1975, Japan, Yugoslavia and other countries at various times.
The Second Woe manifested under the Sixth Trumpet. Revelation 10:1-11:13 is in parenthesis or brackets, not in chronological order. This plague was sent because Wesley's Message of sanctification by the Blood was not received by Rome and her daughter churches. Revelation 14:8 "And there followed another angel (John Wesley), saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication". The Sixth Trumpet began at the Armistice and continues until the close of our dispensation. Revelation 11:14, "The Second Woe is past; and, behold, the Third Woe comes quickly". The Second Woe resulted in the demise of religious order under Nazism and since the Second World War.
Nazism is the German form of Fascism, and was founded in 1919. It also proclaims itself the implacable enemy of liberalism and democracy, and individual rights. Both stressed subordination of the individual to the State, the inequality of men and races, the right of the strong to rule the weak, and the necessary principle of blind and unswerving obedience to leaders appointed from above. Its totalitarian form of government was structured like a pyramid wherein all opposition was ruthlessly crushed. Both praised the military virtues, and despised and rejected pacifism. Its appeals for national aggrandizement and belief in the superiority of the Aryan race were accompanied by a strident anti-Semitic rhetoric designed to attract support from the working class.
Although Nazism was drafted by Professor Baron von Ritter under instruction from the "Jews", both Fascism and Nazism were devices of the Roman power in its warfare against the power of the "Jew" for world hegemony. World War I spelt the demise of the monarchies of the old Roman Empire and their replacement by sham democracies whose political parties would be easily controlled by the power of the "Jewish" bankers, media, etc.
Fascism thrives today in Great Britain, the EU, Australia, the United States and other elected dictatorships. After World War II, some of the Nazis re-occupied top positions in banking, industry, government, etc., and put into effect a policy which would lead ultimately to a United States of Europe.
Rome's absolute power is most effectively exercised through kings or dictators. Democracy, republicanism, and Communism are anathema to Rome because they do not honor traditional authority but obey the Money Power, and in rare instances the will of the people.
This brings us back to where we were studying in Revelation 11:14, "The Second Woe is past; and, behold, the Third Woe comes quickly." This Third Woe is sent in the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week because Brother Branham's ministry of restoration and warning was rejected. Revelation 14:9-12, "The third angel (William Branham) followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, he shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of His indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the Presence of the Lamb: and the smoke of their torment ascends for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receives the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the (144,000 tribulation) saints that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus". And it goes on to describe the martyrdom of the 144,000.
Let's just go back to the Seventh Trump at the start of Daniel's Seventieth Week. Revelation 11:15-19, "And the seventh Trumpet angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, Who is, and was, and is to come; because You have taken to You Your great power, and have reigned."
(Christ is able to take His great power and reign because His Bride is united to Him in love and He can now turn to redeem His servant nation by revealing Himself as their Messiah and King).
"And the nations were angry, and Your wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that You should give reward unto Your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear Your Name, small and great; and should destroy them who destroy the earth. (Aren't these the same words used in Daniel 12:1)?
"And the temple of God was opened in heaven, (the revelation of Christ's "parousia" to Israel), and there was seen in His temple the ark of His Testament (the Word signifying God's Presence with Israel): and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail." (The Judgments under the Sixth Seal and Seventh Vial. Armageddon is about to set in).
Revelation 12:12, "Therefore rejoice, heavens, and you citizens of heaven. (That will be us, and the glorified saints of all Ages, celebrating the Wedding Supper of the Lamb in the Sky). Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the Devil is come down unto you, (after 6,000 years of accusing the Brethren before the Lord -- Revelation 12:10), having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time."
In rejecting the Laodicean Message, men also rejected the Holy Spirit. Satan is cast down to earth. The Third Woe results in demonic power through the spirit of anarchy or Communism we know as Laodicea, which will produce Armageddon and the destruction of all life on earth after the midst of the week when the Beast breaks its agreement with Israel and is deserted by his European allies. Thus the Illuminati's planned third revolution comes into being as the "Third Woe".
It was because the Vatican viewed Bolshevism as its political opponent that it supported Facism and Nazism. Remember, modern history is the story of the rivalry between the "Jews" and Rome for world hegemony. Jewry care nothing for Gentile traditions and has no national loyalties because like Cain, they are "citizens of the world". And as Rome cares not whom she destroys -- Roman or non-Roman -- in her lust for power, the "International Jews" work both sides against the center in a Hegelian dialectic.
These three "Woes" are called in Revelation 16:13-14, "three spirits" which the Bride recognizes as coming from the mouth of the Dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. These are the spirits of Fascism, Nazism, and Communism which manifest in the Three Woes as revealed to us by the seventh angel's Message.
The Third Woe is Communism, a Utopian ideal, a political system or social organization based on common property or equal distribution of wealth, it is the concept of a classless society in which the means of production, distribution and exchange are owned by the community as a whole and from which any traces of a coercive State have disappeared. As we have explained, Fascism and Nazism were associated with Rome, but modern Communism is Jewish. Communism is Talmudic through and through and works under the Edomite red flag of the House of Rothschild.
Primitive Communism, it would seem, had its beginnings under the Roman Church in Sweden where in 1180 the Beguines established a commune for widows and children of Crusaders prepared to have all things in common and observe chastity. There were several other early experiments and it was tried in the USA by early pilgrims escaping religious persecution in Europe. But the most successful was the totalitarian Communist slave state established by Jesuits in Paraguay in 1609. Guarani Indians of both sexes and all ages were put to forced labor for the mission. The Indians did not have any personal property. All produce was gathered in communal storehouses. Whatever food and clothing the Indians needed, as well as the general needs of the commune, were distributed from these. It is interesting to note that primarily Central European Jesuits of Jewish stock were chosen as leaders of the Paraguay missions. These slave ghettos continued until 1843. Adam Weishaupt built the modern Illuminati using the totalitarian and theocratic rule which the Jesuits enforced in Paraguay as his prototype. Thus Communism may also be said to have "come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet".
Through Fascism, Nazism and Communism, Satan consolidates all religious, physical and demonic power and returns to the bottomless pit by the key of error and deceit with which he usurped the influence of the Word.
Daniel, having seen the two witnesses who will reveal the Seven Trumpet mysteries that regenerate the 144,000, and knowing he must seal up these mysteries until that time, he hears one of them enquire of the Man dressed in linen like the high priest on the day of Atonement, "How long will our ministry last?"
This is Christ, the Angel who visited the end-time Bride at the time of our parousia (Revelation 10:1). His anointing or Presence is upon His people symbolized as waters (Revelation 17:15). When they recognize It they are born-again and shall "do exploits". "Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand" (Daniel 12:10).
"And Daniel heard the Man clothed in linen, Who was upon the waters of the river, when He held up His right hand and His left hand to heaven, and swore by Him that lives for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, ALL these things shall be finished."
I other words, "The mystery of God shall be finished for Israel by your ministry after 1260 days". Or by the end of the first half of Daniel's Seventieth Week. And when the antichrist has martyred all of the holy people, ALL these things shall be finished (Luke 21:24; Revelation 6:11).
Daniel 12:11-12, "From the time that the daily sacrifice (revived by religious "Jews") shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the thousand three hundred and thirty five days" (Matthew 23:39).
This abomination will be the forcing of the mark of the beast -- Roman Catholic doctrine as symbolized by the golden cup in Rome's hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication (impure doctrine) she has made all nations to drink, and which she must now drink in double measure (Revelation 17:4; 18:3, 6). This appears to take place a month after the beast breaks his covenant with the "Jews".
The chronology of these verses is not revealed to me. They meant little to Daniel who understood only the future history of wars between the "Jews" and the four Gentile world empires. But they have nothing to do with the Bride. No doubt understanding would come were we able to align them with the Hebrew feasts of the day of Atonement and Tabernacles. bb000806.htm
