I believe 1999 will be an extremely eventful year and encourage you to heed the warnings in last year's Newsletters concerning problems the Y2K or Millennium Bug will (not might) present civilization. Be sure you are prepared before April next, and put the Lord Jesus Christ first in all you do.

We'll quickly review the first thirty-four verses which are the Seven Seals of Revelation 6-8:5 while I take verse twenty-four for a context. I'll paraphrase and expound these verses as we read.
The setting is the Mount of Olives where Jesus is seated with His disciples who are extolling Judah's pride -- the glory of Herod's Temple. Jesus quickly deflates their national pride by saying that the Temple will be leveled to the very ground on which it stands.
Matthew 24:3-34, "As He sat upon the mount of Olives His disciples came to him privately, asking three questions, One, "Tell us, when shall the Temple be destroyed"? (Titus destroyed it in AD70). Two, "What shall be the SIGN of Your "parousia," and what will be the SIGN of the end of the ages or dispensations"?
(Matthew wrote his Gospel primarily for Israelites. We should read It through the eyes of the 144,000 beneficiaries of election who will see these verses during Daniel's Seventieth Week and not from the perspective of the Bride in the Gentile dispensation this side of the coming earthquake.
So the "SIGN of Christ's parousia" spoken of here is the Clouds of verses 29-30 and not the Sign of Christ's parousia to us which was the Supernatural Cloud or Shekinah that appeared over Arizona on February 28, 1963 (Acts 3:9-11; Revelation 1:7). It's the Sign of Christ's parousia to the 144,000 elect Israelites that manifests after the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week. Are you with me?
Yes, I do frequently compound verses 29-30 to cover the Cloud Sign God revealed to we Gentiles and to which Brother Branham alluded in the Message, "Sirs, Is this (Cloud) the Sign of the End-Time?" But the literal meaning and the answer to the Disciple's second question in Matthew is the SIGN of Christ's parousia to Israel.
The answer to question three, "What will be the SIGN of the total conclusion or consummation of the Ages; or the end of man's day," was the restoration of Israel to the Promised Land as indicated by the regeneration of the Fig Tree in verses 32-34. AFTER the end of the Ages, God returns to Israel in Daniel's Seventieth Week and reveals Himself in Christ.
Matthew 24:4-8 describes the first Four Seals under which the New Testament Church is redeemed Spiritually, or born-again. Right now the Fourth, Fifth and Seventh Seals are manifesting.
Matthew 24:9-13 is the Fifth Seal which runs from Calvary to the close of the Gentile dispensation. Under this Seal, true Orthodox Israelites whose eyes have been blinded by denominational theology but who faithfully followed Moses and the Old Testament prophets unto death, are recognized among the "saved.)"
"Then shall the nations (or Gentiles) deliver you (Israelites) up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and you shall be hated of all nations for My Name's sake. (They killed their Own Messiah, taking oath His blood should be upon them and their children. God's held them to their oath from that day to the present).
And then shall many (Israelites) be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many (and they did). And because iniquity shall abound (that is knowingly doing what is wrong), the godly love of many shall wax cold. (No wonder they're apostate, read the iniquitous and foolish contradictions against Jesus in their books and the Talmud. They refute the Words of Moses and the prophets to deny Him). But he who endures to the end (of the Trumpet Judgments under the Gentile dispensation) shall be saved." (For the Seventh Trumpet signals the close of the Gentile dispensation and "the end," after which God will only be dealing with the 144,000 elect Israelites. No-one will be "saved").
Matthew 24:14, "And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations; (during the Gentile dispensation. David's Kingdom is restored in the Millennium with Christ and the Gentile Bride in the Throne); and then shall the end (of the series of punishments and persecutions) come." (And He will turn His hand to the little ones - Zechariah 12:7 - "the little Benjamin group").
(Some churches place this preaching during the Tribulation, saying the Bride will be a shining Light witnessing to all and sundry. But grace has ended at that time. ALL the world except the 144,000 and those among the non-elect already "saved" from Gentile days, will worship the beast or his image. There'll be no revival. Jesus next prophesies warning and way of escape for Israelites who will become the first Christians, basing His words on the prophecy of Daniel 9:26).
"When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoever reads let him understand): Then (when you see this SIGN of the red dragon pennants Rome's Armies upon the Mount of Olives) let those in Judea flee into the mountains: Let he who is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let he who is in the field return to take his clothes. Woe to those who are pregnant or have unweaned babies in those days! But pray that your flight is not in the winter (when the Judean hills are full of snow), neither on the sabbath day (when Jerusalem's gates will be shut): For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be."
(This was the commencement of the Trumpet judgments upon Israel. Jewish traitor and historian, Josephus, says the Christians took heed to our Lord's warning, escaping before Jerusalem's gates were closed against Titus and records a terrible slaughter when Titus finally entered the City).
Matthew 24:22, "And unless those days are shortened, there should be no flesh saved (for the translation): but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."
(We live in the time of the shortening of the days, at the end of Israel's tribulation during the Gentile dispensation.
From Pentecost to the close of the Laodicean Church Age in 1963, Christ was a Mediator for the elect because they were ignorant of the full Word of God. So long as the Bible was sealed with Seven Seals, they had only PART-Word. Since the revelation of the Seals in 1963, that which is perfect is revealed (Acts 3:21; Revelation 10:7) and Christ is no longer a Mediator so PART-Word is no longer sufficient to give the new birth (I Corinthians 13:10). That's why those in denominational circles whoop and holler, speak in other tongues and run the aisles but never receive the Holy Spirit or new birth. They only have the PART-Word for a day gone by. There was to be no carrying-over of manna from one day to the next. And without a Mediator PART-Word cannot regenerate man's soul today. Nothing less than the Fullness of the Word, Which IS Christ, can give Life in this day.
Amazing grace to see and receive these things. Christ tarried for almost 2,000 years until the last saint predestinated to Laodicea was baptized into the Body. Then He fulfilled Revelation 4, 5 and descended as the Shout of I Thessalonians 4:16, taking oath there should be no further delay (Revelation 10:1-6). "Time no more."
We live in time of the shortening of days, the half-hour silence of Revelation 8:1-5. "When if any man says, 'Come, here is Christ, or there'; believe it not. For there shall arise false anointed men (not false Jesus'), and false prophets, who shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." (When? AFTER the revelation of the Seven Seals, in "the shortening of days" which is the time of Christ's parousia to we Gentiles under the Seventh Seal. The Seventh Seal is Matthew 24:22-28).
Matthew 24:25-28, "Behold, I have told you before. If they shall say to you, 'Behold, He is in the desert'; go not forth: 'behold, He is in the secret chambers'; believe it not. For as lightning comes out of the East, and shines even to the West; so shall also the parousia of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together."
(This is a UNIVERSAL or "parousia" Coming. It's not the glorified Jesus of Nazareth Who comes. No man can come universally. It's not the physical "erchomai" Coming of Jesus, but Christ, the fullness of the anointed Word that came through the mouth of His prophet in the revelation of the Seven Seals in 1963. Christ is here now in WORD Form to incarnate His end-time Bride by bringing her into the unity of the faith and maturity in the fullness of the Word for the manifestation of the Sons of God and the translation.
Brother, no, zilch, not one Christian among the end-time Bride is looking for the return of the glorified Jesus. That doesn't happen until after Armageddon has destroyed all life on earth. Christ's second or "parousia" Coming is not a Man, It's Light on the Word. Jesus was at such pains to say don't rush off to some geographical location. The SAME Light once delivered unto the apostolic saints has been restored in the evening time Message of William Branham, the prophet of Malachi 4:5-6 and Revelation 10:7 as promised by Zechariah 14:7 so long ago.
Those who've received the grace of God in this day have prophetic insight like an eagle to recognize the fresh carcass of Spiritual Food in due season and understand promises that are yet far off. We're not scratching in the dust for scraps left by Luther, Wesley or the Pentecostals. We've gathered around the living Word of the PRESENT Truth. What Jesus is doing NOW).
Now we come to the Sixth Seal. "Immediately after the tribulation of those days (or the Gentile dispensation), the sun will be darkened, and the moon shall not give her Light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the SIGN of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
(The sun represents the revealed Word, the moon types the church designated to reflect the Son-Light in the absence of Christ. The stars represent ministers who reflect the same Light as the moon. Many of whom end up as black holes. The vision signifies the total apostasy of the church at the close of the Gentile dispensation, with the removal of the names of many ministers from the Book of Life, and the casting-out of Satan who will incarnate the Pope of Rome and rule the coming one-world government.
In the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week, with gold remonetized, a new monetary system in place and commerce revitalized, Rome will break its agreement with the self-styled Jews and FORCE the mark of the Beast -- Catholicism -- Trinitarianism, false baptisms in three Titles, catechisms, Apostles' Creeds (so-called), Easters, Christmas', etc., under the headship of Rome and the Pope.
The two angels are the Hebrew prophets to Israel of Zechariah 4 and Revelation 11. Their ministry will gather the 144,000 into Christ following the Seventh Trumpet. Like the Seventh Seal to the end-time Church, the revelation of the Seventh Trumpet will unfold the mysteries under the previous Six Trumpets, explaining the whys and wherefores of the past 2,000 years to the 144,000.
They won't physically see Jesus descending in atmospheric clouds, but clouds of Glory. The Shekinah is a SIGN. And as they catch the revelation they will mourn their Atonement. They'll separate from oneanother, for God only deals with individuals, and All Israel is not Israel but an election will be within Israel and Christ's parousia will produce the new birth of the nation in one day.
Jesus goes on to teach the parable of the Fig Tree, signifying the end of the days of man and commencement of "the great and dreadful day of the Lord" which is Judgment, Daniel's Seventieth Week, the SIGN that "summer is nigh," and time for the final ingathering of souls. Jesus said that the generation that saw Israel restored in 1948 could not expire through old age before the Millennium comes in. How close are we? How late is the hour in which we live?
Our text is Matthew 24:24, "There shall arise false Christs, and false prophets who will show great signs and wonders (like uniting all the churches); insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." AFTER the revelation of the Seven Seals in the time of Christ's parousia to the Gentiles we enter the most deceptive day. I'd like to quote Brother Branham concerning the sixth of seven consecutive visions revealed to him in 1933.
"In the sixth vision there arose up in America a most beautiful, but cruel woman. She held the people in her complete power. I believed that this was the rise of the Roman Catholic Church. . ." (Seven Church Ages, 322:2).
This is another SIGN from God. It won't happen overnight but as we have been forewarned and should look for evidence of an arousal of this sleeping giant. We know from the prophecies of Daniel 2 and Revelation 17 and 13 that Rome will rule the one world government soon to come upon this earth.
In THIS evil day, God is calling a Bride for His Name IN whom He can wave the Word again (Leviticus 23:15-17), to try and prove her to Satan as He proved the first-ripe Corn of wheat in Matthew 4. He responded to Satan's temptations, "It is written -- the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do: and I speak what I have heard from the Father" (John 5:19; 14:10). As the Holy Spirit was waved in the Son at the beginning, He will be waved in Sons of God at the end.
Two spirits have been building two churches. One is worshiping by knowledge, learning, beauty, science and ethics. The other is the Word incarnate, under pre-eminence, waiting for the anointing of the Spirit to quicken that Word and manifest the Sons of God. One lives by self-works -- building hospitals, churches, orphanages, schools and retirement homes. Evidence you can see and contact with your physical senses. The other one lives by the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Once upon a time, life was simple. Christianity and paganism were clearly defined. Two armies drew clearly defined lines with no-man's land and the battleground between. There was no confusion, and differences were resolved when faith was received, or when the saints gladly surrendered their lives for the faith.
Today the battle lines are not so distinct and simple. Often they can't be discerned with the naked eye. The troops no longer march in bright red or blue uniforms to the sound of drums and pipes, flying pennants. Today's warfare is fought to a large degree with psychology or deception, and guerrillas on television in well-cut suits. Where once Christianity was clear-cut, today people don't know right from wrong because the Enemy claims to be a Christian. He goes to church, studies his Bible and prays to Jesus Christ.
People are deceived into believing they are Christians when they are not. Once there was only one Gospel. Today there are thousands -- each claiming to be the correct way. By his deception, Satan is the god of this evil age.
When Israel refused to have the Word of God to rule over them and accepted a murderer, Barabbas, they exalted Satan to headship of the Jewish church in the place of Jesus (Revelation 12:4). Then in AD325, when man accepted a creed instead of the revealed Word, the newly-organized Roman Catholic church made Satan their god and replaced the Holy Spirit with a pope. Satan, the god of this day, is worshipped by billions of people who substitute his creeds and traditions for God's Word.
Revelation 13:3-4, "And I saw one of his heads (Imperial Rome) as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed (in AD325 when Imperial Rome united with the FALSE church): and all the world wondered after the beast (Papal Rome). And they worshipped the dragon (Satan) which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast saying, 'Who can compare with the beast? who is able to make war with him'?"
(This will come to pass after the then Devil-incarnate Pope unites the churches, and commands the invading Russian troops to leave America's shores. Then he'll be called to establish and rule a one world government. In this Age he'll achieve his ambition to be like God and receive worship).
Revelation 13:8, "And ALL who dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are NOT written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." (Only the 144,000 will be written in that Book and on earth at this time).
Isaiah 14:12-14, "How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how are you cut down to the ground, who did weaken the nations! For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, (in the new Temple) on the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High." (After he's been cast out).
Satan is ready to deceive the whole world and by his intellectual organization of churches, schools, charities and theological reasoning, he has an intellectual following.
Revelation 13:11-12, "I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, (the United States with its civil and ecclesiastical powers separated), and he spoke as a dragon (as church and State begin to unite as they are now). And he exercised all the power of the first beast before him (Rome), and will cause the whole earth to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed (when Imperial Rome became Papal Rome).
II Thessalonians 2:3-4, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for the day of Christ's parousia (when we gather to Him the Word rather than her the church as Paul explains in verses one and two. This is the calling-out of the wise and foolish virgin of Matthew 25:6 and Revelation 18:4 by the "Shout" of the Message of William Branham -- "Behold the Bridegroom! Come out of Babylon and be filled with the Spirit." This day) shall not come, until there is an apostasy first, (so don't look for it in the early days of the Church if someone starts a rumor, or claims I've said that the day of the Lord is at hand), and that man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God (the church), showing by his actions that he is God" (forgiving sin, etc.,).
(This couldn't have happened in Paul's day. There was no Roman Catholic church for hundreds of years after Paul's death, and it was hundreds more years before a man was crowned pope. Now is the time of Christ's parousia, the time of great apostasy, and of the revelation of the man of sin who when incarnate by Satan is known as the son of perdition (Revelation 17:8, 11) like Judas Iscariot when incarnate was called the son of perdition (John 17:12).
Along with John and Paul, Daniel 11:36 foretold what Satan will do in the last days when he becomes incarnate.
Satan's works are exalted above God's Word. His wisdom is exalted above the vindicated Word of the hour. His scientific achievements and man's theology are exalted above God's Word, making It of no effect to the people. Satan ascends to heaven or is exalted by his people through man's theology organized into denominations. People exalt Satan by adding to and taking from the Word, raising creeds and human reasoning above "all that's called God or that is worshipped" -- the simple unadulterated Word.
We'll review some modern history to give a little background as to what is behind the scenes of one current happening that is a Scriptural SIGN of the times. I refer to a revival of Papal power supported by the United States government and the apostate (once) Protestant churches as foretold in the prophecies of Daniel 2 and Revelation 17 and 13.
Clinton's Rhodes background says the most about where his trend of executive orders is headed. Bill Clinton was a Rhodes scholar at Oxford University, and since becoming President, he has surrounded himself with Rhodes Scholars in his administration.
Presidential appointments and history are not happenstance but are the outcome of long-term planning. Men are sought-out as Hollywood scouts potential star talent. To illustrate the meticulous nature of this planning, results of the 1998 US Election were televised by the Drudge Report, and I think ABCTV before close of polling.
World political power is being purchased and paid for by powerful unelected private interests that control the political parties in our so-called democracies. With their men in power they can tailor legislation that will suit their purposes.
We come to the point of this Service. For several months now I've been sitting on some files I received from a Brother in the States regarding the so-called Freedom From Religious Persecution Act, HR 2431/S772 (http://thomas.loc.gov/home/thomas2.html). It seems appropriate that we speak about this tonight because it projects the bloody-minded thinking exhibited in the recent UK-US bombing attacks upon Iraq as discussed last week, and provides a foretaste of future US behavior as she "exercises all the power of Imperial Rome" (Revelation 13:12).
The worldly Church has been processed by the Power Elite, who have facilitators professionally trained in the latest communication techniques to manipulate the emotions and control the reasoning processes of church communities. Nominal Christians have seemingly lost their capacity to think through issues, and are clamoring for legislation diametrically opposed to what they actually stand for.
This brings us back to the Hegelian Dialectic whereby the elites determine their objective, then fabricate a problem (thesis). Next they generate controlled opposition to that problem through fear, panic or hysteria (antithesis). Finally presenting a predetermined solution which would not have been acceptable without the proper psychological conditioning of people achieved by the dialectic of the first two steps. Australia's Port Arthur Massacre and subsequent gun-control legislation is a classic case of manipulation by the Hegelian dialectic.
HR.2431, introduced into Congress in 1997, is due to be decided this month. Drafted by Christian Solidarity International, a front group for the City of London, and sponsored by Congressman Frank Wolfe, the Bill is supported by 26 other Congressmen and backed by an alliance of neo-conservatives like Chuck Colson, James Dobson, Gary Bauer, and Pat Robertson. With Billy Graham, Lutheran, Southern Baptists and Roman Catholic churches, Muslims and the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith a part of the coalition.
Its correct title is "A Bill to establish an Office of Religious Persecution Monitoring, to provide for the imposition of sanctions against countries engaged in a pattern of religious persecution, and for other purposes."
This Bill is a means for legalizing the sort of warfare we have seen waged against Iraq in recent weeks by Britain and the USA. It is setting the scene for Revelation 13:11-12. "I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. And he exercised all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and they who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed."
The Office of Religious Persecution Monitoring (ORPM) will be controlled by a "director" appointed by the US President at his pleasure. The director of ORPM-USA will co-operate closely with his counterpart in ORPM-UN and we know that in the short term this means Vatican Rome and the Beast, for Rome will rule the world through the instrumentality of the UN.
They want us to sell-out our birthright like Esau, to organization and organized religion is of the Devil. Any future religious persecution is likely to emanate through the ORPM. We fight not against flesh and blood, and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. God put each individual on the basis of free moral agency.
They want to beguile religious leaders into demanding one world government by convincing them the US should police the world in search of religious persecution, and under the guise of protecting religion, transfer government warmaking authority from Congress to one Presidential-appointed Director who can sanction and embargo governments and even individuals.
It's none of America's business how people worship within America, let alone overseas. This Bill authorizes the US to make war with any individual or State she perceives as not meeting her religious paradigm. And before it is passed, the Bill specifically names the Sudan as an enemy. But no criteria can be used to measure governments, apart from their commitment to certain principles which are the scientific basis for progress, including universal education, scientific advance, and infrastructure-building, which lean to the development of the creative powers of mind of the population. The real issue is control by the City of London through geopolitics, or the manipulation of conflicts.
Revelation 13:4, 16-17, "Who is like unto the Beast? Who is able to make war with him? ... And he makes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." Scripture is being fulfilled before our eyes.
Brother Branham said, "The time's coming when you're either going to put your organization into the World Council of Churches... If you do that you take the image of the beast ... And if you don't do it, you'll be an independent church. And ... the image of the beast is going to close your doors, and you're going to be forbidden" (Conferences, 63-0608).
Revelation 14:9-10, "And the third angel (who was William Branham) followed (Luther and Wesley), saying with a loud voice, 'If any man worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out undiluted into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb."
The aim of Christians is not to stop religious persecution for ALL religion is of the Devil. Satan is legally the god of this evil Age and his churches hate the children of God. So what is the purpose behind this legislation? Aren't all governments under Satan's dominion NOW, yet governing by God's permissive will?
We should be bringing our own members subject to the Law of love and under pre-eminence to the Word so we can manifest the Sons of God and get out of here. Scripture says, "His Wife has made Herself ready."
Our only way out is TRUST and OBEY with the Token ON DISPLAY. By God's grace, "those days" of Matthew 24:22 have been shortened to preserve a seed for the Translation. We'll be a hunted and persecuted little group for a brief span during the Manifestation of the Sons of God, not one hair of our head will suffer harm and the elect can not be deceived. bb981230.htm
