the  1980s reveals the depths of depravity of which mankind is  capable.

NOTE TO READERS

I know that many readers will not want to believe this book because what
it says about the conditioning of people through social environment  and
education, is true. We are conditioned to reject certain truths.

We  are conditioned to believe in myth and fairy-tale no less  than  the
people  of past civilizations and once we believe a false  principle  we
are  cut  off from the truth. Equally with other generations,  in  other
times  and places, we become angry and petulant when it is exposed  that
our  comfortable  ideas  are dangerous to our  survival;  like  children
deprived of our lollies we cry and childishly object.

Be  in no doubt that as author of this book I have also experienced  the
irritation  of having to revise comfortable ideas and give  up  favoured
ideas.  One would like the comfort of believing that the conventional is
the  healthy  reality but, like those who read this book, I  have  known
'deep down' that to survive, we have to live within the reality of which
we are part.

So I have spent much more time investigating this reality than those who
have  studied  a  subject at university or have been  apprenticed  to  a
trade.

My  faith  is  in truth. My life's work is offered  without  benefit  of
payment  because  what is at stake is beyond payment. If  you  have  any
evidence, fact, logic or reasoning, to seriously dispute what is written
in  this  book  please let me know. Through my devotion to  truth  I  am
always looking for correction.

Readers, this is your author speaking.

I wish, like the airline pilots who use a similar opening, that I  could
assure  you  that you would have a happy flight of reading  fantasy.   I
wish  I  could  assure  you of your safety or that  you  would  be  soon
enjoying  your  holiday.  Unfortunately no, I cannot give you  any  such
reassurances.

Let  me tell you something of myself.  I am a realist, I do  not  delude
myself  about reality.  My life, many people would see as  a  successful
adventure.  Certainly there have been hard times; times when I  wondered
where my next meal was coming from and also occasions when I have had to
do things I don't like to do - such as writing books.  But then, without
some problems, life might become rather boring.

A  bit  of  the adventure:  I have been hunting alone in  the  wilds  of
Australia  where  any accident or mistake would have left me to  die  in
misery  with  little  chance of ever being found  until  long  after  it
mattered.   I have been opal mining at Lightning Ridge where  I  crawled
alone  through  old  mining areas.  I say mining areas;  these  are  not
normally  shafts as you see in movies of mining.  Some are huge  caverns
of  excavation, others literally acres of flat excavation with  no  more
than  crawling space between the hard sandstone floor and the  crumbling
sandstone roof where any disturbance could result in a crushing fall  or
entombment.

My  chosen  sport was motor racing, some may think that  risky;  I  have
written  "How to Avoid the LOOMING CATASTROPHE" which some may  think  a
dangerous  social  challenge.  In other words I am not easily  upset  by
social or physical stress.

These  items are mentioned only because I want to say to you that  never
in my life have I felt such apprehension, such frustration, such 'let me
get  the hell out of here' as I have felt since I began to take a  close
look into the world of children today.

This  feeling  of  unease does not come from an  awareness  of  personal
danger in what I do, although that may exist (people have been crucified
for  revealing  truth)  but no, the apprehension comes  from  seeing  so
clearly the imminent nature of the threat to humanity.

I am not referring only to education, yet in that area alone, if parents
really understood what was happening in the schools, most would stand at
their  doors to face whoever may come and say, "Only over my  dead  body
will you get my children to your school".

The frustrating part comes from the fact that I know that I cannot  tell
more  than a small part of the story here, and probably that not  nearly
so  expertly as it needs be told.  One hundred examples  cannot  produce
the  conviction  of  one thousand examples, but if this book  is  to  be
readable  to the many who do not read very much these days, then it  has
to be short and to the point.  Even so, and despite that, I can  promise
that there will be more than enough evidence to awaken those who care.

The  fact  is that the United Nations organization  is  orchestrating  a
world-wide  sickness  and  I  can tell you  that  the  purpose  of  this
operation is to warp the human view of reality in order that one  power-
body  may gain ownership of the entire world.   This book  explains  how
the attack is directed through children.

"Who  wins  the youth wins the future of America"    said  Earl  Bowder,
speaking  before the 9th national convention of the Communist  Party  in
1936.  He was repeating an idea said to have originated with Joe Stalin.
The  future of America, as we surely must realize, means the  future  of
the entire European Christian culture.

The enemies of our culture have been planning and working for many years
(long before 1936) for the destruction of our culture and people.   They
have not been particularly secretive about this (it is merely not widely
publicized).   It  is  well documented that they aim  to  subdue  us  by
gaining  control  of  the  education systems  and  institutions  of  our
countries.  They truthfully say that if they can condition the minds  of
the  youth  of a nation for just one generation, then that  nation  will
belong to them.

As  part  of  this conditioning they deride  and  ridicule  feelings  of
patriotism and loyalty to national interest, and to parental  authority.
They  neutralize  the Christian and moral influences of family  life  to
create an unhealthy lifestyle and to inculcate the principles of Marxist
socialism in a disguise of democratic development.

If, in the cause of this endeavour, children are led to destroy body and
mind  with  drugs;  to kill themselves in  motor  accidents;  to  commit
suicide - if their bodies are wrecked - if their minds become warped  by
fantasies and delusions so as to make them incapable of appreciating the
human reality, then, that is not failure, that is success.

To  more  effectively  use  these weapons  of  war  the  United  Nations
authority known as UNESCO was created.

Parents and citizens should make themselves fully aware that the assault
on  childhood is in no way innocent.  It is not part of  any  legitimate
alternative  concept  of  education  that  has  evidence  of  scientific
research  or  intelligent  reason  for support  (the  opposite  in  fact
applies)  nor  is  this  assault confined to education.   It  is  not  a
scientific  plan  for  healthy  human  development  but  is  part  of  a
scientific  war of subversion being waged by enemies of our  people  for
the  prize of world domination in the guise of 'One  World  Government'.
It is (as they see it) a matter of survival of the fittest.

The  prize is world ownership by an elite.  The virtue of this  path  to
this  elite is that it will allow the elimination of surplus  population
without  risk  of  modern  warfare  and  thereby  give  safe  access  to
undisputed ownership of the entire earth.

You  may  well  wonder  why  our  governments  and  authorities  neither
publicize  these plans nor take any steps to prevent them being  carried
out.

The reason this program could be brought to its present stage of success
can  be  no other than that influential leaders have persuaded  us,  and
sold  us  out,  in the gullible expectation that they  will  be  granted
partnership  in  the  supreme  elite.  These  are  the  "useful  idiots"
mentioned  in communist literature.  How this has been arranged  is  the
subject of another book.  A large area of education and media is already
captured  by  those  who would destroy the health and  viability  of  an
entire generation.

Do not for an instant be deluded that those with real power in our world
do  not  know what they are doing.  The idea that control  of  a  nation
could  be gained through manipulation has been known for  centuries,  as
also  has  the  fact  that the destruction  of  morality  leads  to  the
destruction of the nation.

It  is  an  ancient  wisdom that the common people  should  be  given  a
religion  'convincing  but  imperfect'.   Today  this  is  arranged   by
teaching,  and  by  media  promoting, the idea  of  creation  by  chance
evolution.  Disproof of this, you may be surprised to hear, has  nothing
to  do with religious theory but is secular scientific fact admitted  by
the top authorities.

There is no doubt at all that what is happening is happening because  it
is  planned.  There is no doubt that we are being deceived  about  known
fact.   There  is  no  doubt that the  destructive  effects  of  immoral
behaviour  are  known;  in  fact have been tested  and  proven  in  this
century.   Our  problems  are not caused by chance  events.   Drugs  and
pornography  are  not promoted among children only as a  result  of  the
greed of common criminals.  Laws are not changed to go easy on criminals
as a means of controlling crime.

Other  books will be recommended that will provide background  and  help
you confirm what is outlined here.  The essentials revealed in this book
should  enable  involved parents, and those who care  enough  to  become
involved, to appreciate the situation of the child in today's  education
and  social  environment.  The more extreme examples are used so  as  to
help  make the nature of the enemy plan more easily visible  but do  not
be  misled  into  thinking  that the more  startling  elements  are  the
greatest danger.

No,  extremes  are too obvious!  The extremes cannot be reached  in  one
jump!  The real damage is done by those who work more quietly and create
less  controversy; by those who lay the groundwork and warp young  minds
to  accept  the extremes that can become universal  later;  by  pleasant
young  teachers  in your own child's school; by exciting  musicians;  by
popular media personalities; by trendy politicians.

Chapter 1.

FORCED MISEDUCATION

"One  of the great secrets of the day is to know how to take  possession
of  popular  prejudices  and passions in such a way as  to  introduce  a
confusion of principles which makes impossible all understanding between
those who speak the same language and have the same interests."

The  above  comment  by  Machiavelli, some 500  years  ago,  shows  that
mindwarp  of the general population is neither new nor unknown.  It  has
been  practiced far into the past.  So when we consider the  environment
of children we have also to consider the environment of parents.

Now  a  very  modern statement, the first lines of an  article  by  Greg
Sheridan, a feature writer for The Australian newspaper (1985):

"All  around  the country, teachers are giving our children  a  diet  of
intellectual poison.

"Syllabuses  in the social sciences and values-related areas  are  being
taught which are deeply hostile to Australia, to the US, to  capitalism,
to European civilization, to industry, to Christianity.  They, in  fact,
embody a widespread hatred for our society."

In  reading  the above we find that the word 'capitalism' is  used  when
what  is probably meant is 'free enterprise'.  A confusion  of  'double-
speak'  and  'new-think'  is  imposed on us  so  that  words  are  often
misunderstood and misused.  Capitalism may be free enterprise, but  free
enterprise is not necessarily capitalism.  Present teaching is  promoted
by,  and is not hostile to, capitalism. It IS hostile to that freedom of
enterprise that is NOT capitalism.

The  pick-pocket  is a perfect example of capitalism in that  wealth  is
accumulated without production of wealth by dipping into the pockets  of
those who create wealth.  Free enterprise refers to enterprise in wealth
creation.

The words 'capitalism', 'free enterprise' and 'communism' are  generally
used in misleading ways and this is part of a miseducation that has been
going on for many years.  Perfect communism (a state of society where  a
small elite has total power) is the same as perfect capitalism.

Giant  takeovers and mergers concentrate power in the hands of  the  few
and  oppose  the  interests of ordinary  people  and  independent  small
business.   This distinction is made early to warn readers that  capital
and government have been united in deceit over generations and that  the
miseducation  did  not begin with this generation, apart from  that  the
quote  from  Greg Sheridan is spot on.  The sickness revealed  in  these
pages  is not something that 'just happened'; it is not a  local  ulcer.
Now a quotation from an American, Dr. Joseph P. Bean, M.D.

"The  United  Nations  has one mission: to unify  the  world  under  one
political  mechanism,  a socialist state ... All the activities  of  its
several  agencies  are  designed  to bring this  plan  to  fruition  ...
According  to a recent UNESCO publication, UNESCO has envisioned  a  new
type of man for the future. ... The United Nations would create a  world
order  which  embodies  the dialectic process  of  Marx,  and  twentieth
century  humanism, a force which has replaced God in the West and  which
is  the  basis for  'current lawmaking', 'school  curriculum',  'worship
services', most forms of 'entertainment', etc." (Accent added).

That  statement gives us the essential key to understanding  the  social
environment  of  the  children of Western nations today  -  lawmaking  -
schooling  - religion - entertainment; these are the avenues of  massive
social mindwarp.

To  understand the pure inhumanity of the methods being used to  achieve
this   despotic   world   order,   we  need   to   remember   that   the
capitalist/socialist idea of paradise (which has humanism as its visible
religion) requires the total destruction of all opposition and since  in
their estimate humans have no soul, mercy has no meaning.

They  work  slowly and with care.  For instance, the  new  education  is
claimed  to be non-religious; however what it teaches is, as is  clearly
established, pagan religion. This they dare not admit.

Dr  Bean claims that some 5% of our population is active in the  aim  of
one world government, 15% is in opposition, and the balance ignorant  or
uninterested.

Why are we (the citizens of Christian democracy) losing?  Because the 5%
include  the  capitalist elite who control the economic system  and  who
created  the  myth  of communism as a way to gain  the  support  of  the
working class as pawns in their plan of world possession.  As a  result,
all  important  offices of power and influence -  media,  education  and
government - are in the hands of that 5%.

EDUCATION - For Child or State?

The takeover of education (as revealed in the Australian book  Chaos  in
the  Classroom  by J.M.Wallis) is, as she says  "..clearly spelt out  in
the Recommendations contained in the Interim Report of the Committee  of
the Victorian Enquiry into Teacher Education ..

"Throughout  the report cultural pluralism, the Global concept, and  the
rapid rate of social change were emphasized .."

In  considering United Nations inspired reports we soon come to  realize
that  "cultural  pluralism"  does not  value  Anglo-Saxon  or  Christian
culture,  and the "rapid rate of social change" means the rapid rate  of
social change engineered by their own devices and has nothing to do with
any  innate need for social change that may, or may not, be existing  in
our culture.

We  may also come to appreciate that despite all talk of 'human  rights'
or  'rights  of the child', in their system no such rights  or  freedoms
exist outside of what they, the policy enforcers, dictate.

A  prime instruction right now is that the influence and values  of  the
parent  must  be destroyed in order to create the new man  who  will  be
submissive  to  their  dictates.   The influence  of  parents  is  being
replaced  by what are called 'behavioural technologists'.  These  people
are  prepared  to use any means known to behavioural  science,  such  as
brainwashing or drugs, to achieve their ends.

Psychiatry  and the behavioural sciences are highly speculative.   Mind-
bending  results can certainly be achieved but the damage in many  cases
is  extreme.   There is at present some restraint  on  these  activities
because  of  the  fact  that most children  still  have  a  viable  home
situation;   also,  the  majority  of  people  are  still  not   totally
submissive.  For such reasons, laws are being enacted to enable children
to be removed from the home environment.

Although people are not generally aware of it, a good deal of this power
is  already  in the hands of Australian bureaucrats.  In  1984  a  N.S.W
father had his daughter taken from him allegedly because he spoiled her.
Parents are not recognized as having rights or equality under new,  U.N.
inspired, legislation.

We  need also understand that 'mental illness', as seen  by  socialists,
has  a  special relation to ideology or politics.  If you do  not  teach
your  child the 'prescribed' socialist values you are mentally ill,  and
the  child,  if  it  has not accepted the  prescribed  values,  is  also
mentally ill and, depending on the severity of this 'mental  deformity',
may require restraint, hypnosis, shock treatment, drugs or brain surgery
to cure.

It  may well be that the reader is already in a state of shock.   Unless
some study has been made in these areas you may well be saying that this
cannot be happening here, it could only happen in Soviet Russia.

The Comfort of Delusion:

As  you  read  on you will most likely continue to feel  more  and  more
incredulous.   But consider this: although the incidence  of  illiteracy
may  be considered high, most people below the age of 30 still read  and
write; although the incidence of homosexuality may be high, most  people
are  'straight';  although  drug taking is excessive,  most  people  are
coping;  although  birth deformities are distressing, most  babies  seem
normal;  and so on.  The question is: at what point does a social  order
break down?

We  might say, that if we have a society in which 75% of people  can  be
considered  completely  normal and 25% entirely irresponsible,  then  we
would  be barely viable because it would take far more than 25%  of  the
healthy  to  maintain,  control and repair, the chaos  caused  by  those
totally irresponsible.

But  of course we would never see such a clear-cut situation.   What  we
probably have is a very small percentage of people who, for some reason,
have been little influenced by the common social environment; these  are
followed  by an increasing deviance through the remainder down to  about
10% who suffer extreme disadvantage.

Now  it would be difficult indeed to make any considered  judgment,  let
alone a scientific analysis, of our present situation.  What we can  do,
however, is view the total result.  That total result indicates that  at
present  we  are  not maintaining our  position.   Economically  we  are
rapidly degenerating in spite of scientific advance.  Equally certain it
is that we are socially deteriorating.  What this means is that in spite
of all the advantages of science and 'modern' education, our culture  is
in decline and starting to disintegrate.

So  while one can walk through the streets of Sydney, London,  Paris  or
New  York on a sunny day and be very hard pressed to imagine we  are  on
the  brink of an incredible disaster, appearances are no  more  reliable
there than they are as you sit in the comfort of a jet airliner  seconds
before a terrorist bomb explodes.  Do not be deceived by appearances  or
by the fact that most people seem just as normal as you are.

State Legislates Parents .. OUT!

To  give reinforcement to the reality of this situation let us  consider
what  Dan O'Donnell, former Lecturer in Education, has to say about  the
Education  Bill put forward in Queensland in 1981/2, Queensland,  it  is
agreed,   being  the  most  conservative  state  in  the   Commonwealth.
O'Donnell  claimed that The New Education Act was a denial  of  parental
rights and massively flawed.  Quote:

"Section 20: .. Under this section any person who 'willfully disturbs or
interferes  with  any  group of pupils  engaged  in  school  activities,
whether on school premises or not, commits an offense against this act'.

"The penalty is a fine of $500.  Rebuking school-aged louts on our buses
or  trains,  admonishing unruly hoons attending skating rinks  or  other
arenas  on  sports  days, or even refusing to  serve  ill-mannered  oafs
clamouring  for  instant attention at the daily tuck  shop,  technically
constitutes  an  offense against the act.  Moreover,  the  act  declares
flatly  that  any person who 'upbraids, insults or abuses a  teacher  or
teacher  in  training in the presence or hearing of a pupil  whether  on
school premises or not commits an offense against the act'."

Mr.  O'Donnell  goes  on to tell us that the act does  not  provide  any
retribution  against a teacher who incites such action on the part of  a
parent  and mentions an incident where a student teacher  "swore  foully
at a class of five-year-olds during practice teaching".   Rebuked by the
Principal the student teacher then found the children in the  playground
and  repeated the offense.  Although this obnoxious behaviour  may  well
have  been  harmful  to the children, he was let  off  by  the  Teachers
College  on the ground   "that any reprimand would be an affront to  his
civil liberties".

Did  you ever imagine the day would come in Australia when the  thug  is
untouchable on the suggestion that reprimand would be an affront to  his
civil liberties? The victim has apparently no such rights, especially in
the eyes of the education hierarchy or bureaucracy.

Further,  as   O'Donnell  tells us:  "Under the  new  act,  the  student
teacher  would not only be protected but could indeed sue the  Principal
and class teacher for upbraiding and admonishing him even though his own
behaviour  should  have brought about his expulsion  from  the  teaching
profession."

They  want a parent removed, charged, and fined $500 for entering on  to
school  premises without permission!  So it seems that if a  parent  was
distressed  by  some mistreatment or abuse of a child, then  the  parent
could  be  fined $500 for objecting in the hearing of  students  and  if
hesitant about leaving when the teacher says, "OUT!" then becomes liable
to another $500 fine for being on school premises without permission.

Are  educators doing such a good job that they should not be subject  to
the  scrutiny and complaint of parents?  Note this item of comment  from
the Public Service Board in Canberra; The Australian (29/8/'85):

"The board has raised the possibility of interviewing all applicants for
base-grade  clerical  positions  because it is  now  too  difficult  and
expensive to assess various state educational standards."

Heading  (same page, same newspaper):   "Outdated schooling 'no  use  to
youth'". So our NEW education is now outdated!   But will it be replaced
by proven practice or by a more extreme stage of what we already have?

In  the view of legislators and educators, parents have no rights  where
their children's education is concerned, and equally, the children  have
no rights other than as objects of experiment by ideological zealots.

The  responsible  citizen will be asking WHY educators  NEED  additional
legal protection?  WHAT are they now DOING?  AND WHAT ARE THEY  PLANNING
TO  DO,  that  they  need to ban parents from  contact  with,  and  from
criticism of, education?

The significance of draconian legislation of this kind will become  more
apparent  when we look at what now actually goes on in many  classrooms.
We  should  then think of what may go on when  educators  are  protected
against interference by parents.

So  when  you see enacted laws of anti-discrimination  or  equality  you
should  understand that such laws are not to protect your rights but  to
protect  the  oppressors of your rights.  Certainly there are  no  equal
rights for parents in the above legislation and anti-discrimination does
not  apply where parents and children are discriminated against  by  the
bureaucracy.  The socialist bureaucracy does not come within the meaning
of the laws it makes for the common people.

And do not imagine you might take your child to a private school or  set
up  something to suit yourself.  If the school does not conform it  will
certainly not be approved, and if parents do not take action now it will
not be long before such schools are forcibly closed and the children may
be  taken  from the parents because of 'inability to provide  a  healthy
home  environment'. * As you will find, the Health Department works hand
in glove with education as part of the capitalist/socialist plan.

NOTE:  since the first edition of this book was published provision  for
the  above restraints has been established in the  N.S.W. Education  and
Public  Instruction Bill of 1987.  This Bill makes provision for  forced
entry,  search and seizure of property, records and  materials  covering
both  church and private property upon suspicion of 'illegal  teaching'.
It  also  deprives you of your traditional legal rights and  allows  the
minister to devise and implement an unlimited number of rules.

Perhaps the reader may still think that this is not all tied in with the
supervision  of  Australian education by the United  Nations.   Here  is
another  quotation  from   Chaos  in the Classroom,   it  refers  to  an
Australian Education Council meeting in 1982.  Quote:

"It  is obvious that the goal of the AEC [Australian Education  Council]
is  the  CENTRALIZATION OF EDUCATION in Australia, in keeping  with  the
conditions  of the UNESCO  'Treaty on Education and its Applications  to
Federal  Planning  of a Centralized Education Policy for  Australia  and
States' and its 'Convention Against Discrimination in Education', signed
by the Whitlam Government."

Now that we know the kind of legislation that the signing of the  UNESCO
Convention  Against  Discrimination in Education produces, we  must  not
forget it next time a treaty or convention proposed (or already enacted)
by a U.N. authority is being signed (or enforced) by 'our?' government.

We Pay the Piper, but Don't Call the Tune:

Having found out that our education is being placed under United Nations
control let us go back to Greg Sheridan's article for an example of  the
kind of information now approved; in this instance the subject is 'peace
studies':

"No  single  subject  has ever been so fraudulent in  its  purposes,  so
shallow in its scholarship, as biased in its politics or as out of place
in a worthwhile school .."

The  Greg  Sheridan article, which was reproduced by  some  conservative
organizations,  was  a  well documentated expose of  subversion  in  our
education  system.  The so-called peace studies are (as with many  other
subjects)  unapologetic  in  their bias to  a  capitalist/socialist  end
purpose.  Their main support comes from left wing unions, including  the
teachers'  unions  which have a dominant say in the formulation  of  the
peace studies that they teach.  They take the usual socialist line that,
for  an honest person (or nation) to offer defense against thuggery,  is
an act of provocation.  U.S. bases in Australia are therefore blamed  as
increasing the risk of nuclear war.

They  do not teach the alternative that weak nations invite invasion  or
that no nation has ever survived through being unable to defend  itself.
They  do  not remind us that an important consideration in  'New  World'
thinking  is that the world is overpopulated and that a large  workforce
is  now obsolete.  They do not teach us that one of the  most  important
benefits of world government (to those in power) is that it confers  the
ability to drastically reduce population.  They do not teach a  balanced
or honest view of peace but teach a view useful to  capitalist/socialist
world-government plans.

One last comment from the Greg Sheridan article:

"Most of the social studies, environmental studies, social science, even
geography, English and some science, history and economic curricula  are
hostile to the society they are designed to serve."

Now there is a point; is this education designed to serve our society or
is it designed to destroy our society?

Dr. Robert Goodman, Queensland University Professor (retired) 1981:

"What we are witnessing is a deliberate attempt at social engineering  -
using the schools ... In the end this will weaken our national unity and
destroy  the  Australian society, which apparently is what  some  groups
have in mind."

Hon. L. Powell, Q'land Minister for Education:

"To  be  able  to grab hold of the education system  of  a  country  and
control it from one centre is MARXIST POLICY."

The two quotations above were taken from Stop Press (May 1984) which  is
the  voice  of  the twin organizations STOP and  CARE.  This  Queensland
group, under the indefatigable leadership of Mrs. Joyner, has  conducted
what  has  undoubtably  been  Australia's  most  successful  defense  of
parents' rights.

One  thing  is common in education today; all these 'new'  programs  are
extremely deceitful in their reasoning and untruthful in their  content.
They  are clearly designed to mislead rather than to  enlighten.   Sound
reasoning  would  encourage  conclusions  other  than  those  now  being
promoted.

How CAN wrong ideas be imprinted into the 'mind' of a culture?

To  understand  this we need to appreciate that all  effective  teaching
relies to some extent on hypnosis.

What is hypnosis?

At  the level we generally think of hypnosis, it is a means  of  getting
the total attention of the 'subject', directed to the 'master'.

All good educators attempt to get as much of the attention of the  pupil
as  possible because only by getting some useful part of  the  attention
can rapid transfer of information proceed.

One credit to modern educational research is that it has designed better
means  of  getting  and holding attention.  But we must  be  aware  that
improved  methods of teaching do not mean that what is being  taught  is
also  improved.  It is not remarkable that the new ideas well  suit  the
transmission of the emotional ideology so beloved of educators today.

A Better Education to a Bitter End:

A few years ago I attended a series of classes by one  of the  traveling
'New   World'  type  teachers  who  are  going  about  promoting   self-
achievement. Naturally, almost the first thing he said was, Give me your
full attention.

The talk continued with words to this effect: 'some of the things I will
tell  you  may seem impossible because we have certain  fixations  about
what is possible or impossible. So I want you to suspend judgment.  Just
concentrate  on  what I say and you will find that it  works;  we  shall
prove it works'.

He  was  truthful  in  this.  Many of the  fairly  simple  realities  he
impressed  on us did remind us of latent powers we could use, and  which
successful people do use, and we were able to some extent to verify  the
benefits of these ideas.

I believe that I benefited from this class mainly because, being mature,
I was able to distinguish where the real benefits were.  However, had  I
followed  up  and become involved at a deeper level, then I  would  have
become  subject  to levels of Eastern and Western  mysticism,  including
'guides' who would seek to use me for their own purposes.

It is apparent:

(a)  Mature  people  are  more able to  resist  teachings  (hypnotic  or
otherwise) which conflict with well learned behaviour patterns.

(b)  Effective  indoctrination requires that the rational  mind  be  by-
passed,   or  itself  willingly  suspend  judgment,   so  as  to   allow
information to be placed in the subconscious.

(c)  Hypnosis, or a period of heavy reinforcement, may  establish  ideas
which overrule reality.

As you read on you will find that you, and your children, are subject to
daily  reinforcement of ideas and values which, in isolation,  would  be
ignored, dismissed or overruled, by both the conscious and  subconscious
mind.   You will find that devious means are used to condition us  (when
young)  to  accept unhealthy behaviour as normal and  to  encourage  the
young and immature to become involved in such behaviour.

For example the promotion of immoral sexual attitudes: first the 'pill',
then  promiscuity, homosexuality and child sex; now  pedophilia,  incest
and bestiality.  Like an incoming tide it flowed over us wave after wave
of gradually increasing depth.  But to what purpose?

Connect  the above with the sudden appearance of new diseases spread  by
sexual contact.  Although an important one, AIDS, is not strictly a  sex
disease  it  has  become a threat only  because  of  promiscuous  sexual
behaviour,  while  an other new disease, less known  but  probably  more
widespread, chlamydia, causes infertility in women.

Then  you  must  add  this knowledge to the  great  recent  progress  in
'genetic engineering' and 'biological warfare'.

To  this add the huge and expensive promotion of fear of nuclear war,  a
form  of  war  which is quite unlikely because  it  endangers  everyone,
including leaders.  Then compare this with the silence about  biological
weapons  which  could be used secretly and with deadly effect.  (Do  you
realize  that  if AIDS should be a highly contagious disease  spread  by
sexual  contact  then it would be of little use to worry about  it  now;
every  promiscuous person in the Western democracies would already  have
been contaminated several times over.)

Then  you  must  add in to your knowledge the great  concern  by  'world
authorities'  about the population explosion, environmental dangers  and
destruction of natural resources.

Add in the fact that automation and electronics will soon make nine  out
of ten workers obsolete and remind yourself how very few people will  be
needed  to  keep a power elite in all the comfort and  achievement  that
this world can provide.

Now  ask yourself just how much you are worth to a One World  Government
authority.

But do not stop there!  Although the fact is not at all well publicized,
the  United Nations and world governments, both 'East' and 'West',  have
been working rapidly to install One World Government.

Actually  this world government idea is now so well established  in  law
and treaty that most of its supporters consider it a fact  accomplished.
Probably  most  of our politicians and all  governments  of  consequence
subscribe  to it.  Hundreds of agreements with United  Nations  agencies
have  been signed and these overrule the 'peoples' constitutions of  all
important  free  democracies.  (Did I say FREE! Sorry, one  time  free.)
The  only  thing standing between us and the dubious mercy  of  a  pagan
world authority is a general population which may soon be browbeaten  to
submission.

What is the reason for a world government that has to be imposed on  the
general population by stealth and fear?

 1. Communications control:  you will  only be allowed  to know what one
    single  command centre, relaying by satellite to the  entire  world,
    tells you.
 2. Arms control:  no nation will  have  the power to defend itself from
    the 'World Army'.
 3. Population disposal:   any city  or  nation  will then be able to be
    depopulated and other world population will have no means of knowing
    if the cause was a biologically contrived disease, a natural  cause,
    or a nerve gas -  nor will they dare to ask.

NOTE:  In  the end, the Queensland legislation referred to  was  watered
down because of the powerful campaign conducted by citizens' groups  and
the sympathy of the Premier.  This should encourage us in the  knowledge
that  we citizens are not powerless.  But we cannot be complacent;  Bill
of  Rights and Australia Card type legislation will overrule States  and
Commonwealth law.    If citizens are to maintain any power to  influence
government we have to do a great deal better over the next few years.

Please read carefully the following chapters ... you can only save  your
children if you understand the threat.


Chapter 2

EDUCATING FOR A DRUG CULTURE

It  is  reported  that each year about 400 young Australians  die  as  a
result  of heroin addiction.  It is impossible to put a value  on  lives
but  that is certainly only a small part of the social havoc  caused  by
illegal drugs in Australia.

So  far  as deaths are concerned we have also to accept  that  homo  and
heterosexual prostitution (carried out for the purpose of obtaining drug
money)   along  with  intravenous  drug  taking,  have  each  played   a
considerable  part in the spread of the AIDS disease.  At the same  time
youthful  suicides increase and accidents occur as a direct or  indirect
result of illegal drug use.

If  we  add in the huge crime bill attached to robberies,  violence  and
other  means  of obtaining the millions needed to pay  the  drug  trade;
taxation  for  hospital services, community work and  police,  then  the
illegal  drug problem can be seen to play an important part in the  life
of the nation and of every citizen.

Robert  Karolis  is  father  to two  young  children  now  entering  our
education system and is concerned by what he sees going on in the  world
around  him.   He works to discover what influences are  active  in  our
world  and  what  these influences mean to  the  future  well-being  and
security of his children.

A large part of this chapter will be based on Robert's findings and  the
Parents  &  Citizens  Association of N.S.W. is used  to  illustrate  how
social  organizations can be made to act in opposition to common  social
values.

Are  parents and citizens led unknowingly to aid the drug  addiction  of
their own children?

"It  would  be sheer arrogance to presume that parents do not  have  the
best interests and welfare of their children at heart.  But, as you will
see, by manipulating the process of education and abusing the meaning of
democracy, the result gives that appearance."  Says Robert.

The first P & C meeting Robert attended provided evidence which had very
frightening implications.   It came in the form of the N.S.W. Federation
guide called Reference Book For P & C Associations (1985).   In this was
something that seemed to me incredible.

Page 47 has this to say in relation to health policy:

    (f) Drug Education:
        (i)  Drug  education  should  become part  of  the  present  and
proposed Personal Development Programs within the schools.

    (ii) Drug education is ideally presented within the school situation
under the following conditions:

         Where the teachers have received the fullest possible inservice
         training in the Personal Development field.
         Where  the students receive their drug education program  by  a
         teacher known to them.
         Teachers  should never give undue emphasis to, nor in  any  way
         underline the dangers of drugs.
         Educators  should  be  particularly careful that  they  do  not
         replace ignorance with bigotry.

NOTE:   Teachers  should never give undue emphasis to, nor  in  any  way
underline the dangers of drugs.

Very few P & C, or members of the general public, will know what this is
about.  Not many of those who attend P & C meetings seem aware that this
recommendation is in their official Reference Book, or that it has  been
there for almost 10 years without public challenge.

It  is  assumed parents do not know that this instruction  is  in  their
reference book because it is difficult to imagine any parent of a school
age  child  wanting that child taught about drugs if the  point  of  the
teaching is not to highlight the dangers of drugs.

Why,  we  may ask, would such an instruction be in the P &  C  Reference
Book  if  it  has not been put there at the  direction  of  parents  and
citizens?   Perhaps even more curious, why is it put there if it is  not
to  be drawn to the meaningful attention of parents and citizens?   What
other use can it have? Also how is all this mixed up with health policy?

Readers  may be shocked at what is revealed in this book  but  remember,
the  only way to defend ourselves is to find out what is  happening  and
why.  When we know the philosophy and plans of those who introduce  such
'modern'  innovation, and know that there are people who do not  believe
there  is any social truth other than what they themselves desire,  then
we may also know that those who attack our culture feel quite  justified
to take any steps to defeat, or annihilate, all who oppose their beliefs
and plans.

There seems only one reason for including that drugs instruction in  the
P  &  C  Reference Book; the reason is so that if, at  some  point,  the
present  education  policy  is  opposed, then it  can  be  claimed  that
educators  are only providing what parents and citizens want, for  (they
will  say)  is  it not a longstanding directive  from  the  parents  and
citizens themselves?

It  is  difficult to believe subversive people can be so  confident  and
open, but there is ample evidence in this book to show that beliefs  are
being  introduced into our culture which undermine the long  established
defenses  which  guard  the physical, moral  and  social  well-being  of
children.

That  P & C instruction makes Australian parent policy to mean  children
should  be taught about drugs without the dangers being  impressed  upon
them.  In effect, we have a directive by parents to have their  children
encouraged  in the use of drugs, for does not that all-pervasive  social
education program known as 'Personal Development' deliberately encourage
experimentation  and personal choice of all options available?  Are  not
these teachings deliberately made void of all moral restraint?  In those
circumstances teaching children about drugs can only result in promotion
of drugs.

(Note:  drugs  policy  limits  drugs teaching  to  teachers  trained  in
'Personal Development'; i.e. the art of enticing children to make  their
own  decisions  based  on  their  own experience  -  or  should  we  say
INexperience.)

To  be  assured  that he was not  misreading  or  misunderstanding  this
recommendation Robert telephoned the Federation's General Secretary  and
was  told that his interpretation was correct and, on  voicing  concern,
was  told  that there were also others in disagreement  but  that  these
policies had been democratically incorporated.

What  does  'democratically incorporated' mean?  Briefly the  system  is
that  each  of the 2000 P & C Associations affiliated  with  the  N.S.W.
Federation is entitled to send three delegates to annual conferences. At
these  conferences previously announced business, including  policy,  is
put to the vote of delegates.

The  General  Secretary  suggests that about 45%  of  affiliates  attend
conferences.   Taking  this  as a guide would still mean  that  a  small
minority  voted  in  favour  of the new  policy.  This  did  not  appear
democratic  so the question of who proposed the policy, how many  people
attended and how many people voted for and against became relevant.  The
General  Secretary thought the policy would have been put forward  by  a
school.  As for figures he doubted their availability.

Robert's  concern  about the inclusion of such an approach to  the  drug
problem  in  Federation policy was increased because he  was  unable  to
reconcile  its clear meaning with what he believed to be the  wishes  of
the majority of parents.  In following this up Robert later spoke to the
Information Officer.

The  estimate of the Information Officer was that, at the most,  two  to
three  hundred  delegates attend annual conferences out of  a  potential
6,000 and the number at each session of the three day conference may  be
much  lower.  From  his  experience, he  understood  the  statements  in
question  would have been drawn up by the executive  and not proposed by
a school.

At this point there was some resistance to Robert's enquiries and he was
able  to examine annual conference records only after obtaining  written
authority from his local P & C.

At first, despite assistance from the Information Officer, no record  of
this drug policy being discussed or voted on could be found in any  year
book.  Robert was advised to contact the President of the Federation  at
the time and responsible for drug policy.

Information   now  discovered  indicated  that,  aside   from   regional
counselors, the conference was attended by 192 delegates.  There was  no
record  of how many members attended the particular session or how  many
voted  for  or against.  The policy it seems was part  of  revolutionary
changes proposed by the executive in 1976.

The Federation health policy also contains this:

    (iii)  These  programs  should include family  development  and  sex
education,  starting  in Pre-school and continuing through  Primary  and
Secondary,  integrated where possible into regular syllabi  and  carried
out  by informed and competent teachers, specially trained  in  Personal
Development.

This family and sex policy (involving children as young as 2 years) went
to annual conference in 1983.  Once again put forward by the  executive,
it  was not discussed or voted on at the annual conference  but  carried
over to the next council meeting and adopted.

The  ramifications of this contentious policy and the means  whereby  it
becomes part of P & C policy, leaves room for concern. Those who promote
this  inclusion  make  a  point of  saying  that  'Educators  should  be
particularly  careful that they do not replace ignorance with  bigotry'.
What can we say when what they propose is ignorance and the promotion of
that ignorance seems itself almost certainly the result of bigotry.

How  well  this entire attitude to education, which seems  supported  so
willingly  by  the P & C Federation executive, fits in  with  the  whole
kaleidoscope of child abuse revealed in these pages.  A program  clearly
designed   to   restrict  and  mislead  the  developing  mind   into   a
preoccupation  with  sex  and  drugs, rebellion  against  family  and  a
mindless pursuit of animal gratification.  What chance has any child  to
develop  a secure understanding of the real world in which it  has  very
little  experience other than the fantasy land of the TV image  and  the
dreams of ideological fanatics?

The  capitalist/socialist  planners promote their humanist  religion  in
education  for  one purpose only, to destroy our  civilization  and  our
ability to think and live as free people.

The  humanists  and Fabian socialists have  effectively  eliminated  the
voice  of  the majority and given direction and control  to  the  active
subversive  minorities  who  want International  Socialism.   They  have
succeeded  in  this  by putting the onus on the individual  to  give  up
leisure,   attend  meetings,  become  involved  in  protocol,   academic
arguments,  technical details, etc. etc. in order to fight change  which
is neither publicized nor honestly explained.

We  must  remind ourselves that our sworn enemies have it as  policy  to
infiltrate and take over every organization wherein they can obtain some
benefit  for their cause.  If that benefit can be obtained  without  the
knowledge of the membership then that makes it all the more effective.

While  law  enforcement agencies focus their attention on  illegal  drug
pushers,  is there a far more powerful, far more sinister form  of  drug
pushing  going  on  'legally' under the direction  and  control  of  the
highest authorities in the country?

An Important Question:

Important  questions must now be asked:   Are the government Health  and
Education  Departments  engaged  in a  program  of  action  deliberately
designed  to encourage the acceptance and use of dangerous drugs in  our
society; particularly amongst children?  Is this campaign being  carried
out in the name of 'health and drug education'?

Many  individuals  involved in drug education may have  been  innocently
drawn  into the campaign by the genuine concern that must be  shared  by
most   of  us.  We  trust  'authorities'  and  remain  unaware  of   the
catastrophic  implications  for  the  future of  humanity.   It  is  the
manipulators behind the scenes who originate policy which avoids  public
opinion.

Regardless of where the directives originate, great responsibility  must
fall  squarely on the shoulders of our authorities.  They must  be  made
accountable for their actions in using their positions of influence  and
trust  in a way that gives aid to those who push drugs on  our  children
and society.

We are all witness to dramatic reversals of attitude.  In an  elementary
way  'fashion'  has taught us how easy it is to condition  attitudes  to
change.   All  it needs is to get a few sheep to head  in  a  particular
direction,  add  media publicity to convince a few more  that  they  are
heading  in the right direction and the rest will follow as a matter  of
course.     Permissiveness,   illegitimacy,    abortion,    pornography,
homosexuality, illegal drug use, were all social taboos 20 years ago.

Rationally motivated societies do not willfully change their  lifestyles
to  ones  that  are  known  to  be  self-destructive.   We  have  enough
historical information to know much better.

Before  it  is too late we need to recognize that  sudden  reversals  of
attitude can be, and are being, socially engineered.

Drug  education should be used to effectively deter children from  using
and  experimenting with the dangerous drugs made so liberally  available
today.

The National Drug Education Program:

The  National Drug Education Program appears nothing short of  a  social
engineering program to condition people to change their attitude towards
drugs from one of abstinence to one of use.

Like  a kidnapper driving an unsuspecting victim to a  secret  location,
the  authorities  have mastered the art of  Orwellian  'doublethink'  to
confuse us into accepting that their concerns and plans of action are in
our interests.

The following statement, published by the NSW Drug and Alcohol Authority
and the Centre for Education and Information on Drugs and Alcohol, gives
an indication of the sly nature of authority planning:

"The NSW PACE Committee is unique to Australia. It represents an unusual
government initiative to encourage the work of preventing drug  problems
in our community."  (Emphasis added.)

Please  note preventing drug problems not drug use. The same  confidence
trick  is  used in phrases like preventing drug abuse. By  focussing  on
problems  and  abuse rather than use authorities develop  programs  that
encourage  what  they call 'sensible use'.  That is what  they  call  'a
healthy attitude' to drugs.

Do  our health and education authorities consider a drug problem  to  no
longer  exist  if  parents and citizens are educated  to  accept  it  as
normal?  If we are educated to a 'healthy attitude' (as for instance  is
the  case with alcohol) will the drug problem cease to exist?   Is  that
their idea of education to solve the drug problem?

There  is  no  rationality in such reasoning. If  common  sense  is  not
enough,  we  also  know from experience of  the  less  dangerous  drugs,
nicotine  and alcohol, that attempts at education, coupled  with  public
acceptance, have not solved the problems.

In  the  words  of  the Drug Education  Subcommittee  appointed  by  the
Commonwealth Minister for Health (1984):

"The  Subcommittee  is charged with the development of a  National  Drug
Education  Program, which aims to assist all sections of  the  community
and,  in  particular, young people, to develop  healthy  and  discerning
attitudes and behaviour to all drugs."  (Emphasis added.)

The majority of children would normally abstain from drug taking but are
encouraged  not  to do so as it becomes a social imperative  -  as  with
alcohol.

They tell us (Education Dept.  Ideas for Drug and Alcohol Education  for
Students in Years 5-8):  "..because programs that have chosen abstinence
as  their  only  goals  have tended to  fail,  another  goal  should  be
considered; the goal of developing minimal and responsible drug use."

It's an Old Ploy:

Since  ancient  times authorities have used various devices  to  justify
their  own course of action and deceive the public.  They talk  about  a
'crack-down'  on drug pushers but nothing changes; they say what  people
would  like or expect to hear, while planning the  opposite.   Avoidance
has  no  real place in the drug education program.  What may  seem  even
more  remarkable  is that a major emphasis of the program is  to  change
'bigoted'   attitudes  to  attitudes  which  they  call   'healthy   and
discerning'. (By 'bigoted' they mean attitudes opposed to general use of
addictive drugs).

Recall the P & C Federation policy:

"Educators  should  be  particularly careful that they  do  not  replace
ignorance with bigotry."  (Emphasis added.)

Such  statements are framed in terms of Health Department and  Education
Department officialdom.  It is no aberration and has the clear intent of
labeling those opposed to unrestricted drug use as ignorant bigots.

We,  normal people, are abused as bigots because we would underline  the
dangers of drugs.  To prevent this they plot to change the attitudes  of
parents  and  citizens  to accommodate what  they  call  the  'educated'
attitudes  of  children; (meaning the attitudes they  educate  into  our
children).

This can be readily discerned in official drug education programs.   One
such program -  What Parents Need to Know About Drugs - was produced  by
the  Health Unit of the Sydney Institute of Education  (formerly  Sydney
Teachers College).

P  &  C  Associations,  employee organizations  and  church  groups  are
encouraged  by the Health Unit to organize groups of parents  to  become
'educated'  about  drugs.  What is unknown by participants is  that  the
program is not designed to inform them in such a way as to place them in
a  better position to prevent their children falling victim  to  illegal
drug use.  On the contrary it is designed to highlight the parents'  own
use  of  drugs  i.e.  alcohol, tobacco,  analgesics,  etc.   By  drawing
attention to the fact that our culture accepts these drugs they  attempt
to  create an analogy and general acceptance; if parents use  drugs  why
not children?

Enticing Parents to Accept Drugs:

In an attempt to gauge what success the, What Parents Need to Know About
Drugs   program,  is  having  on  softening  the  bigoted  attitude   of
participating  parents,  evaluation techniques were  compiled  by  Peter
Wheller in 1984. Classified as a pilot study impact evaluation and  sold
to  educators by the Health Unit for $1.50, it describes two  evaluation
techniques.

From  the  first  paragraph, Wheller's thesis  indicates  the  program's
preoccupation with the attitude of parents, i.e.:

"The program is intended to assist parents assess their own attitudes to
drug  use,  interpret  available  information  about  drugs,  and  learn
strategies for dealing with their children's drug using behaviour".

One  could  be  forgiven  for thinking that the  last  reference  is  to
strategies for prevention of children's drug use.  Not so; the focus  of
the  program  is on changing the bigoted attitude of  parents  to  their
children's drug use.  Wheller goes on to say:

"Given that many parents have overly conservative and unrealistic  views
on  drug taking, it was hoped that their attitudes would move  some  way
towards the more realistic view held by health educators".

Wheller uses a scale (fig 1) to illustrate the gap between what he calls
the  'realistic' (liberal) attitude of educators and  the  'unrealistic'
(conservative) attitude of parents and other community groups.

Each group is positioned according to its response towards 17 statements
comprising evaluation instrument No. 2  (fig 2).

EVALUATION INSTRUMENT No.  2

ATTITUDES TO DRUGS QUESTIONNAIRE

 1. You cannot trust people to take drugs.

 2. People who take drugs are mentally sick.

 3. Only fools get "hooked" on drugs.

 4. Once a person has become addicted to drugs, there is little that
    can be done to him.

 5. You have a greater chance of taking drugs if you mix with "bad"
    people.

 6. Most heavy drug users don't have any real friends.

 7. Drug addicts should not be allowed to bring up children.

 8. The use of marijuana ('pot, 'grass') leads to mental illness.

 9. Many drugs are enjoyable to take.

10. Pep pills can be a real help in getting you over a crisis.

11. Some drugs help you understand yourself.

12. I would be interested in smoking marijuana (`grass', `pot') if
    I were sure I wouldn't be caught.

13. It would worry me if my friends were taking drugs.

14. You should use drugs only when your doctor says to use them.

15. You need to try a drug to know what it is all about.

16. There is nothing wrong with trying a drug once.

17. People have a right to experiment with drugs if they wish
    to do so.


We,  the  targets of government drug education, can determine  from  the
questionnaire:

(1)  precisely  what  the authorities plan to condition  the  public  to
accept as 'healthy' or 'realistic' or 'liberal' attitudes to drugs;

(2)  that  the  programs  are  designed  to  indoctrinate  attitudes  of
acceptance of drug use being encouraged in children.

Participants  are only awarded a point if they disagree with  statements
1-8, agree with 9-12, disagree with 13-14, and agree with 15-17.

This questionnaire clearly reveals the attitude of our authorities.  The
program   What  Parents Need to Know About Drugs  is shown to  be  about
changing  the attitude of parents to the use of drugs by their  children
and is not in any way about preventing drug use.  The test is to see  if
the program is having 'the required effect' of making parents  attitudes
more 'liberal'.

Consider  the two possible extremes: would anyone dispute that a  person
with  a  zero score is most opposed to drug use, whereas a  person  with
full  marks  is  not  only  lenient  towards  community  drug  use   and
experimentation, but is also prepared to take part? (Note item No. 12).

Since  the stated objective of the education program is to increase  the
score  of parents this can only mean that the program  was  purposefully
designed  to  make  parents' attitudes sympathetic towards  the  use  of
illegal  drugs.  And since this fact does not appear to be  conveyed  to
participating  parents  prior  to their deciding to  take  part  in  the
program,  the charge against the authorities of subversive  manipulation
can be fairly laid.

So  it  becomes  quite  clear, as the  pieces  fit  together,  that  the
underlined portion of the subcommittee's statement,  to develop  healthy
and discerning attitudes and behaviour towards all drugs   does not mean
what a normal person would assume it to mean.  But it does sound 'right'
enough  NOT  to  alert  us to their true  intentions  and  allows  these
authorities  to spend vast sums of public money on teaching  society  to
accept the use of drugs that warp minds and kill bodies.

Surely  those  who  despair out of concern  at  the  apparent  'inherent
decadent  nature of mankind' must recognize that, although man  has  the
freewill to make choices, his rational capacity is limited by what he is
led to believe.  If we are not aware of manipulation we can be misled to
base  our  attitudes and decisions on lies.  People, it seems,  are  not
naturally  decadent but are made so by manipulation.  Everyone wants  to
do the right thing, but we are deceived by those we trust.

Only when we have investigated sufficiently to appreciate the philosophy
of  the socialist/humanist educator can we understand what  the  'values
clarification',  'drug education' and similar 'new education' ideas  are
about.

To  read  material  such as Ideas for Drug  and  Alcohol  Education  for
Students  in years 5-8, as presented by the  Personal Development  Unit,
Directorate of Special Programs, N.S.W. Department of Education   (1984)
would  lead the average reader to assume that whatever the value of  the
program  the  intent was good; however, to have this feeling  of  honest
intent  we have to be both ignorant of the philosophy and also  ignorant
about human nature.

is  difficult  to be anything other than ignorant in relation  to  these
