You can form up a contact point/unit for the NSM after 6 months of membership, in the meantime we hope to see you at Nationals in Baltimore and the March on DC. All other questions can be answered by staff or at Nationals. In regards to Rank, all start in the Party at ST (Stormtrooper), after you form up a WV contact point we will look at a promotion at that time. Official Promotions run effective on April 20th or Nov. 9th, all ranks in between those dates are considered Acting or Honorary. 88 Commander Schoep  p.s. See you in DC
