                         Gamo Gofa Zone, SNNPR 
Project description:     To construct two blocks of four 
                         classrooms (6mX7m each), three 
                         rooms for administrative duties 
                         (6mX4m each), one room for a 
                         teaching aid center (6mX6m), and a 
                         latrine of four rooms at a cost of 
                         111,381.50 ETB within eight months 
                         after funding.

As there is no primary school in the area and children are 
forced to walk four hours a day to and from school, this 
project will bring dramatic improvements to a community that 
previously had limited opportunities to educate its 
children. 
 
7. Project name:         Construction of a Workshop 
Location:                Axum Town, Tigray Region 
Project holder:          Selam Weaving Cooperative 
Project description:     To procure various industrial 
                         materials required to construct a 
                         workshop with two rooms of 7mx8m 
                         and an 8mx8m floor size at a cost 
                         of 106,564 ETB within seven months 
                         after funding.
