The Global Intelligence Files
On Monday February 27th, 2012, WikiLeaks began publishing The Global Intelligence Files, over five million e-mails from the Texas headquartered "global intelligence" company Stratfor. The e-mails date between July 2004 and late December 2011. They reveal the inner workings of a company that fronts as an intelligence publisher, but provides confidential intelligence services to large corporations, such as Bhopal's Dow Chemical Co., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and government agencies, including the US Department of Homeland Security, the US Marines and the US Defence Intelligence Agency. The emails show Stratfor's web of informers, pay-off structure, payment laundering techniques and psychological methods.

All open source info states he disappeared on November 12, 1995. Either
kidnapped and killed by an intelligence agency or Palestinians. Simply
put, a mystery. How important is this to you? I could use a chit and
contact a former RAF analyst at the BfV who is now retired and ask
him. Personally, I think Bruget was killed by either Syrian, or Iraqi
intelligence services because of his knowledge of Carlos' work for these
states. You must know that Carlos published his bio in 2004 and in 2009
sent President Obama a letter asking for help in finding Bruget - all open
source. Proof on who kidnapped / killed Bruget will be hard to come by -
but a lot speculations. As you know, there are many mysteries in this
field that will never be solved.

Yes, he was arrested in Paris in the 1990s along with Carlos's
girlfriend Magadelan Koop. Carlos carried out several attacks on
French targets and even sent a threat letter to the French Minister of
interior. French held fast. Both were eventually released. Koop in
Venezuela and Bruguet disappeared ....

Hello Dennis,
Do you recall a terrorist by the name of Bruno Breguet, who
disappeared
in 1995 on a ferry from Italy to Greece?
He was linked to Carlos.
Thanks much, Fred
