The Global Intelligence Files
On Monday February 27th, 2012, WikiLeaks began publishing The Global Intelligence Files, over five million e-mails from the Texas headquartered "global intelligence" company Stratfor. The e-mails date between July 2004 and late December 2011. They reveal the inner workings of a company that fronts as an intelligence publisher, but provides confidential intelligence services to large corporations, such as Bhopal's Dow Chemical Co., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and government agencies, including the US Department of Homeland Security, the US Marines and the US Defence Intelligence Agency. The emails show Stratfor's web of informers, pay-off structure, payment laundering techniques and psychological methods.

night.
Mr. Tukel, I would love to meet with you if you have some time this week.
As David mentioned, I've been talking to politicians, businessmen,
journalists, etc from across the political spectrum. I'm positive I could
learn a great deal from you.
Please let me know if you are available to meet Thurs evening or Friday
morning/early afternoon.
Look forward to your reply,
Reva Bhalla

This will introduce you to Reva Bhalla, the director of analysis for
Stratfor, the private intelligence company you may have heard of. She is
based in Washington and is here this week, mostly meeting with Zaman
folks and others who might offer insight into the GA 1/4len movement. I
should emphasize, however, she is well aware of the realities. She has
not yet been converted.
Over dinner last night, we discussed many things, including various
elements of the Dogan tax. I mentioned your work at TUSIAD, setting up
the bureaus in DC, Brussels, Berlin and Beijing. She is in Ankara today,
but will be back tomorrow and is in town through the weekend.
If there is an opportunity for the two of you to share a cup of coffee,
I think this would be a great idea. As I mentioned, Reva, Haluk now
heads the communication arm of Dogan Holding.
Best
David Judson
