Was Frankism in Any Way Involved?

The Hebrew Bible tells of many instances of the human sacrifice of the first born among Jews (see, for example: Exodus 13:2. Leviticus 27:28-29. Judges 11:31, 39. I Kings 13:1-2. I Kings 13:1-2. II Kings 16:3-4; 17:17; 21:6; 23:20-25. II Chronicles 28:1-4. Jeremiah 19:5; 32:35. Ezekiel 16:20-21; 20:26, 31; 23:37). Later passages in the Hebrew Bible condemn the practice.
The Frankists, who began in the 1700's, and who keep accurate ancestral records, teach their followers that evil is good, and that they should do the opposite of the moral commandments of the Torah. The Frakists are also reputed to engage in sexual perversions and often pursue careers in politics.

I suspect the book which the woman mentioned might have been Lilith's Cave: Jewish Tales of the Supernatural, but it is difficult to understand what she said.
